Originally known as Joe Robbie Stadium, Sun Life Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in the South Florida suburb of Miami Gardens and the first of its kind in the NFL to be constructed entirely with private funds. The Dolphins began playing in the American Football League as an expansion team in 1966. In 1972 the Dolphins completed the first NFLs perfect season culminating a 17-0 season with a win in Super Bowl VII. Print measures 13 1/2″ x 40″
