I've never shopped on the site before. Where
should I start?
Before you start shopping, create a free account with us by clicking on the
"Sign In" link at the top of the page. You will need to create an account before
you purchase any products. If you do not wish to set up an account, you may go
to the next step to view items.
To begin viewing or purchasing items, click on
either “COLLEGIATE”, “NFL” or "MLB” from the side bar. This will display
various options (Car Accessories, Home and Garden, etc.) Click on one of the
options to begin displaying items.
Once the items begin displaying, you can click on
the picture or caption to see more information about the item. You can select
your school or team either by use of the dropdown box or from the RELATED ITEMS
list.
I've never purchased anything online before. How
do I use the shopping cart?
The shopping
cart is simple. When you want to purchase an item, click the "buy" button at the
bottom of the product. That product will then be added to your shopping cart.
Use the checkout option at the top of the screen
once you have completed your purchase.
You may view and/or modify your purchases at any
time by clicking on the Basket Contents option at the top of the screen.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, we have a secure site using SSL encryption. You can feel assured that no
one else will be able to view your credit card information or other personal
information.
What if I
need to contact someone?
Click on the
"Contact Info" button at the top of the site. You will then enter the contact
information page that will provide you with the necessary telephone numbers or
email addresses.
What is the fastest way to find a product?
Type in the product name or description in the quick search box and click "go."
